Ошибка при печати на определенном принтере

Добрый день.
На одном из ПК пользователя Windows XP SP3 32bit при печати из WPFприложения возникает ошибка (пробовали и с последней сборкой 2013.2.1615)

Это возникает при печати на принтер HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401, на остальные принтеры печать идет без ошибок. Драйвера для принтера переставляли и брали самые последние - не помогало.
Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем может быть проблема?

Это известная проблема Windows XP.
Установите следующий пакет обновлений. Microsoft XML Paper Specification Essentials Pack

Этот пакет установлен. При печати на Microsoft XPS Document Writer проблем не возникает (xps.png)
При печати из WPF Demo аналогичная ошибка (err.png, printer.png)

Здравствуйте.

К сожалению, мы не знаем решения данной проблемы.
Мы так и не смогли воспроизвести её на своих машинах.
Попробуйте ещё раз поставить пакет обновлений или переустановить драйвера принтера.
